2012, Jul	"Increase Your Motivation: Saying "YES!" to Self-care" by Cynthia McDonald, PhD. A unique self-hypnosis tool co-produced by Transformative Living, LLC and Cytstic Fibrosis Research, Inc., that is designed to increase motivation for self-care in teens and adults with Cystic Fibrosis.
